General Hospital Spoilers: It’s Finally Time To Spice Up Liz’s Dormant Love Life
Elizabeth Webber’s love life on the ABC soap is extremely complicated, per General Hospital Spoilers. She has gone through many intense but unsuccessful relationships, her most recent one being with Finn. She ended the relationship when she found him with another woman while on an alcohol bender.
However, it seems that Liz’s luck might take an interesting turn soon enough on GH. As we reported earlier, actor Rick Hearst is all set to reprise his role as Ric Lansing in the upcoming weeks. The actor has already begun filming and will make his first appearance sometime in mid-August 2024.
For the unversed, Ric and Liz have a complicated but beautiful romantic history. They first met in 2002, and fell madly in love. They have been married twice on the soap. Once in 2003, and then again in 2004. Unfortunately, General Hospital Spoilers recall that their marriage ended in divorce both times.
The two even came close to becoming parents together. Unfortunately, they lost Baby Lansing when Liz had a heartbreaking miscarriage. Over the decades, the two have crossed paths many times, and every time they met, their past feelings resurfaced. Thus, we have reason to believe that that’s exactly what’s going to happen this time too.

However, both, Liz and Ric, have grown in years now and are more mature. Thus, if they do decide to rekindle their old flame again, they may have a better chance of sustaining their relationship. But that’s not all. If Liz does start dating Ric, there is another past lover on screen that could start feelings tinge of jealousy!
If you haven’t guessed it already, we are talking about Jason Morgan! Well, it’s true that Jason has many past lovers in town, such as Liz, Sam, and Carly. But Sam is happily in love with Dante. Meanwhile, Jason intends to keep things strictly platonic with Carly (at least for now). This leaves only one past lover available to rekindle a romance with – Liz!
