‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers suggest a shocking twist affecting two sisters in Port Charles. As Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) loses the baby she was carrying for her sister, Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos), the script is about to flip, as Molly may soon discover she’s pregnant with her own child.

Molly, who has endometriosis, was told it may not be possible for her to have a baby, so she and T.J. Ashford (Tajh Bellow) turned to surrogacy as an option.

Unfortunately, their first choice for a surrogate, Andrea Gates (Lily Anne Harrison), had a miscarriage. She opted not to try again, and Molly and T.J. were devastated.

That’s when Kristina stepped up and generously offered to be their surrogate. At first, Molly and T.J. balked at the idea. Eventually, they gave in and decided Kristina may be their best hope for a child.

Kristina was not only a surrogate but also an egg donor. The trio had a rough time during Kristina’s pregnancy, as T.J. proved to be very controlling of Kristina, and Molly was insufferable.

Things came to a head when Kristina’s father, Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), started a bitter custody battle with Ava Jerome (Maura West).

Ava’s lawyer subpoenaed Kristina to testify for Ava in court that she saw Sonny almost beat Dex Heller (Evan Hofer) to death.

Kristina went to confront Ava, and it ended in tragedy. Ava went to grab a pregnant Kristina, and Kristina tripped and fell through the window, down five flights, and into the Metro Court pool.

Kristina pulled through the ordeal, but the baby didn’t make it. Kristina almost had a hysterectomy, but the doctors were able to avoid it.

However, Kristina could start to bleed heavily again, or the doctors may soon discover that she has a medical condition in which she would need a hysterectomy to survive.

Kristina was heartbroken when she woke up in the hospital after a dream that she was holding her baby, realizing that she would never get to hold her daughter. “She was my baby,” Kristina wailed to her mother, Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn). It’s terribly sad and unfair.

Before she lost the baby, Kristina and Molly were at odds. Molly presented her with adoption papers to terminate her parental rights, which was ironic. After all, Kristina wanted to protect Molly’s parental rights.

Molly and T.J. had been fighting a lot, and T.J. was one of the two biological parents of the child, and Kristina the other. She knew that if she signed those papers, T.J. could take the baby if he and Molly broke up.

Molly and T.J. reconciled before the tragedy at the Metro Court and were intimate. Molly soon finds out that she’s about to be a mother.

Kristina, Molly, and T.J. are all in shock.  The three of them have been shattered by the loss of the baby. Kristina is probably the most broken because she was the one who carried the baby.

What will happen between the sisters if Molly has a baby but Kristina no longer can?
