General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Friday, July 19, indicate that the identity of the surprise visitor at the Quartermaine stables will be revealed. There’s a good chance it’ll be James West (Gary James Fuller), so Tracy Quartermaine (Jane Elliot) will ask how he got there and grow concerned about him running off without telling anyone.

Cody Bell (Josh Kelly) will presumably take James home or call Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) so she can come collect him.

James will end up on the hot seat at home later, so he’ll complain to Maxie and Damian Spinelli (Bradford Anderson) about being in the dark on whatever’s going on.

Georgie Spinelli (Lily Fisher) will also be on hand for this family crisis, which Cody will no doubt feel guilty for causing.

Once Cody realizes James is picking up on the tension with Mac Scorpio (John J. York) and acting out because of it, it could make him consider running away again.

However, Sasha Gilmore Corbin (Sofia Mattsson) will warn Cody not to overreact and will think this is more proof that James needs Cody around to look out for him.

Giovanni “Gio” Palmieri (Giovanni Mazza) may pitch in at some point during all the James drama since he’ll manage to charm Tracy on Friday’s GH episode.

Next, Dante Falconeri (Dominic Zamprogna) will share an emotional moment with Laura Collins (Genie Francis) during a joint Lulu Spencer (last played by Emme Rylan) visit.

As Dante gets vulnerable, he’ll admit he’s worried coming to see Lulu has been doing more harm than good.

It sounds like there’ll be some less-than-promising medical updates if Lulu still shows no sign of waking up.

Of course, this could set the stage for everyone to get a big surprise if Lulu opens her eyes in the not-too-distant future.

Whatever the case, Laura and Dante will eventually have to deal with some sad news about Charlotte Cassadine (Scarlett Fernandez) now that she’s disappeared with Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart).

In the meantime, Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) will tell Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) that he has to get Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard) to let him back in.

Jason will want to be part of the circle of trust again and protect Sonny, but Sonny may put up quite a fight!

Nevertheless, Jason will plan on breaking that trust barrier and getting his relationship with Sonny back on track.

Over with Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali), she’ll have a distraught reaction when Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) hands over the turtle dove figurine that Spencer Cassadine (Nicholas Alexander Chavez) gave her.

It turns out that turtle dove got dropped during the move, so Josslyn will make sure Trina gets it back for safekeeping.

Although Trina will be grateful, she’ll also get a reminder of how much she misses Spencer and will struggle with her grief.

Trina will desperately want to move on from feeling so crushed, but Josslyn will point out that Trina will always have to mourn this loss.

Things will get easier eventually, but Trina may have a permanent hole in her heart – at least as long as Spencer is presumed deceased.
