During their trip to Wales, Tom put Belle in danger time and time again by physically and mentally abusing her. 

A terrified Belle then managed to escape the cottage, jumped on a bus and raced back to the Dales.

When Tom returned as well, he was confronted by Belle, who stated their marriage was over.

Losing control, Tom decided to twist the knife further when he told uncle Jimmy (Nick Miles) and his wife Nicola (Nichola Wheeler).

That their marriage was over as Belle had moved on with Vinny (Bradley Johnson).

The Kings, blissfully unaware of his true nature, allowed him to stay with them.

This left Belle free to move back into Dale Head, and Tom told her that he’d changed the locks – but what he didn’t tell her was that he’d nabbed a key for himself.

Before long, Belle had began taking down the CCTV cameras that Tom had put up after staging a break-in, and he watched her from afar.

She then stood her ground once more by deciding to leave the village for a break in Scotland.

Tonight, Tom’s plan of making Belle seem like the bad person continued, as he spun a story to Jimmy about how it wouldn’t hurt Belle to drop him a text to say she’s alright.

Later, Jimmy returned home with a package for Tom. He lied and asked his uncle if he could borrow a drill and finally put the shelves up upstairs.

Letting Tom do a job he’s been meaning to do for ages, Jimmy headed off, completely unaware of his nephew’s darker plan.

Outside Dale Head, Tom left and locked the door. Feeling smug, he was very nearly caught out when Aaron (Danny Miller) zoomed passed in a car. Hiding the drill in his coat, Tom slipped away with a smile on his face.

That afternoon, Tom sat at the table and glanced at something on his phone. He has more than likely installed yet another security camera in the house, but will Belle find it when she gets home?
