Kim, having been ousted from Home Farm after accusations of spiking Dawn’s drink, suspects Rose is behind the plot. Determined to uncover the truth and seek revenge, Kim tracks down the dealer Rose met. Although the dealer doesn’t reveal Rose’s name, Kim realizes that Rose is not the mastermind. Her attention then shifts to Caleb.
In a dramatic twist, Caleb’s work premises are torched, and he becomes the prime suspect in what appears to be an arson attack. However, after a brief conversation with Caleb, Kim discerns he isn’t her main target—Ruby is. Her suspicions are confirmed when she finds a bottle of her expensive brandy, stolen from Home Farm, at Ruby’s house.
Confronting Ruby, Kim demands a chat. Ruby, knowing she’s been caught, doesn’t cower but instead taunts Kim, claiming she’ll enjoy watching Kim’s life fall apart. Despite Ruby’s boldness, Kim remains composed, denying Ruby the satisfaction of seeing her rattled.
Shortly after, the police arrive at Home Farm, not for the arson but to conduct a welfare check on Rose, whose handbag has been found abandoned. Rose appears to be missing, raising suspicions about her fate. Will and Kim are left looking guilty as viewers are left wondering if Rose is now buried in their backyard as a consequence of her actions against Kim.
