EastEnders’ Cindy Beale has made a risky decision following her reunion with Ian in the show’s latest episode.

Around the table, while Peter gave Lauren a thoughtful gift, Ian told Cindy that he had synced their online calendars – a so-called grand gesture that fell flat and left her horrified.
Cindy lied about plans with a friend, and then left to go and meet none other than Junior, who pulled up in his car.
“Sometimes having an anchor just pulls you down,” she told him, referring to how she was unhappy in her relationship with Ian and wanted to escape.
