Two former characters will get a surprise mention on EastEnders next week – amid rumours they could return.
EastEnders will air some big scenes next week when both serial killer Gray Atkins – who was jailed for what he did to Chantelle and his other victims – and Ben Mitchell, who is also in prison, are mentioned.
The drama continues to surround Nish Panesar, as he tries to get in contact with a mystery person from Suki’s past – whilst Vinny desperately tries to show his dad what he wants and earn his respect. But who is this woman – and is there trouble ahead?

Evil serial killer Gray Atkins – who is currently in prison for his crimes – gets a shock mention on EastEnders next week when Chelsea finds out that her ex has decided to sell up on the Square.
Next week, Chelsea and Bernie after left surprised when they learn that No. 1 is going up for sale. A estate agents board is installed in the front garden of the house and they soon realise Gray is selling up.
Ben return ‘sealed’
Some fans have become convinced Ben Mitchell could be returning to Walford after Kathy, Ian and Lexi head to America to visit him. He is currently imprisoned for fraud in the United States and Callum is left upset when he can’t get the time off work to go with the three of them to visit Ben. Johnny tries to cheer Callum up – but will he succeed?
Things get tense during the week when Billy notices that Callum and Johnny are close and questions Callum how quickly he’s moved on from Ben. He’s horrified – but will it affect his friendship with Johnny?

Nish mystery
There is more mystery surrounding Nish Panesar next week on EastEnders when he tries to track down someone from Suki’s past. Nish is loving being the centre of attention with both Vinny and Ravi.
When Vinny is side-lined in a business deal, he is furious and Suki tells him to play the game to gain Nish’s respect. He decides to gate-crash the meeting and tries to charm the client but when Priya interrupts and launches into a tirade of Nish, Vinny has a new idea.
Vinny decides to throw Priya out, but Suki questions his decision. He is adamant this will win Nish around, whilst Priya finds herself desperate when even Avani turns her back on her mum. Later in the week, Nish is keen to track a woman down and asks Avani to help him, telling her that she’s an old friend of Suki’s – but is that true?
