New EastEnders spoilers have teased an interaction between Teddy Mitchell and a past villain on the BBC soap, with a deal soon made.

Teddy makes an offer to someone who left the show in 2022, with them currently in prison for murder. 

But the former character recently left a former partner in turmoil with the news they were selling their home.

Now, Teddy is revealed to be the new owner of the house, making a deal with killer Gray Atkins. 

He buys the house despite its history, with Gray’s ex Chelsea Fox forced to find somewhere else to live with their young son Jordan.

Soon Teddy makes a confession to Chelsea about a last-minute clause in his deal with Gray and his team who put the house up for sale. 

Gray, who murdered wife Chantelle Atkins and Walford residents Tina Carter and Kush Kazemi, has one last swipe at his ex Chelsea by booting her out of her home.

Teddy is apologetic, but he’s clearly not bothered about the fact Tina and Chantelle were both killed in the house by the man he’s bought it from. While Gray won’t appear on screen, he’s mentioned in scenes that air next week as Teddy reveals all.

After throwing a house party to celebrate his move and welcome the neighbours, he soon gets Chelsea on side with his charm offensive. Chelsea is soon left stunned though when Teddy reveals he insisted on a last-minute clause in his deal to buy Gray’s house.

But what will he say, and what was his deal with Gray? All will be revealed next week when the scenes air – but will Gray finally leave Chelsea alone now?

It comes as spoilers revealed Teddy was hiding something about his past, with someone trying to track him down. Next week, Teddy tells son Harry they need to forget the “trouble” they faced prior to their move, before Harry confirms “you know who” is looking for them.

Teddy claims he has it all under control but it’s clear he’s hiding out away from a mystery unnamed character. But who is after Teddy and what do they want from him?
