Suki Panesar (Balvinder Sopal) and Eve Unwin (Heather Peace) couldn’t be happier in their relationship in EastEnders, much to the disappointment of Suki’s ex-husband Nish Panesar (Navin Chowdhry).
Eve and Suki have been seeing each other for well over a year, but only made their relationship public following Suki’s split from abusive Nish.
Ever since then, Nish has made it no secret how much he detests seeing them happy together, and recently took action to try and stir the pot between them, while admitting that he wants Suki by his side when he dies.
In recent scenes, Suki was left shocked when Nish brought her former love interest Ayesha (Laila Rouass) to Albert Square.
Ayesha was the wife of the man Nish murdered over 20 years ago, after suspecting that he had been having an affair with Suki.
Little did he know that it was actually Ayesha who Suki had feelings for, until she finally confessed all just before Christmas last year.
With Ayesha in Walford, she and Suki sat down for an important discussion where Suki was shocked to discover that Ayesha had shared her sentiments and had been living as an out lesbian for a number of years.
Following their chat, the women joined Eve in the Queen Vic, where Nish took it upon himself to try and cause trouble.
Eve was clearly rattled by his words, though best friend Stacey Slater (Lacey Turner) tried to assure her that he was just trying to come between them.
After having a run-in with Nish in the cafe, Eve decided to propose to Suki, but was left devastated when she fled the scene instead of giving an answer.

When Eve later returned home to find Ayesha there, she was furious, and a huge row broke out between Suki and Eve.
However, after a discussion with Ayesha, Suki realised what she truly wanted and ended up proposing to Eve herself, which she gladly accepted.
Unfortunately, in upcoming scenes, Nish remains determined to ruin things between them.
In a bid to cause upset for Suki and Eve, he makes Ayesha a tempting offer. What does he have planned?
