For countless months the Pikeman story had been crawling, recall General Hospital Spoilers. However, it finally seems like the storyline has caught some speed and is moving toward a conclusion. We recently witnessed a sharp turn in the tale when Anna let her emotions get the better of her.
She allowed Valentin to escape the country, despite the incriminating evidence about him. With him on the run, and his partner in crime, Jack Brennan, already behind bars, there is no option but for the curtains to finally fall on the Pikeman track. However, despite the chapter coming to a close, GH seems interested in keeping Brennan around for a bit longer.
In fact, we’re not doubting their judgment at all because Charles Mesure as Jack Brennan has been an absolute hit with the fans. Thus, it is actually wise that the makers are putting that to good use. But with the Pikeman track ending, Brennan will have to become embroiled in another track to remain relevant!
We think we know where the makers are taking this. General Hospital Spoilers recall that in a recent episode, a suit came to see Brennan right after Craly visited him. He told the sexy prisoner that “they” were ready for him. We haven’t seen a follow-up on that yet, but we have a feeling that “they” are about to get Brennan out of prison.
Now, there is a chance that these people will find a legal loophole to get Brennan officially released. But there is an equal chance that they’ll just break him out! Either way, the man is coming out! But what we are more interested in is – what will he do once he is free. Will he go after Anna, Jason, and John “Jagger” Cates for trying to keep him in prison?
Or will he go after Carly? There is no doubt that he is absolutely smitten by her. We have a feeling that he may begin to obsessively pursue her for a romantic relationship. Which, if she declines, maybe he’ll make a dangerous move by kidnapping her? After all, the famous “zip-ties” must make a reappearance at some point, no?
