General Hospital (GH) spoilers reveal that Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos) and TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) will have an important conversation as Kristina Corinthos-Davis’ (Kate Mansi) due date gets closer. Kristina is set to give birth in August – that is unless the baby decides to arrive sooner than planned.

Whatever the case, the birth is drawing near and that means it’s time to get serious about what that means for all parties involved.

Although TJ and Molly have had some fights about the surrogacy lately, they remain committed to each other and the family they’re trying to build.

That’s why Molly and TJ will make a significant choice in the July 25 episode.

Once TJ and Molly reach this decision, it’ll be time to share the news with Kristina.

GH spoilers say Kristina will be caught by surprise in the July 26 episode, so that should be due to Molly and TJ’s updates.

There’s a good chance Molly and TJ will want to move forward with the formal adoption process so they can square everything away legally.

The main goal here will be to protect Molly’s role in this baby’s life and make sure she has rights as a parent.

However, it’ll no doubt feel like a big and scary step for Kristina, who’s already been struggling with the idea of giving this baby up.

Kristina is the egg donor, so she has a biological connection to her unborn child that’s making the surrogacy difficult for her.

Alexis Davis (Nancy Lee Grahn) was worried about this complication happening from the get-go, so she’s mentioned adoption before and has been trying to prepare her daughters for the reality of this whole situation.

How will Kristina react if Molly and TJ indeed hand over some preliminary adoption papers?

Will this be the start of Kristina letting go or could it spook her into clinging to this baby like never before?

Things could obviously change for Kristina once she holds that newborn in her arms in the not-too-distant future.

It could send Kristina’s maternal instincts into overdrive and make her want to keep the baby even more.
