GH Spoilers: Will It Be Jealousy That Ruins Nina’s Reconciliation With Willow?

General Hospital (GH) spoilers report Willow Corinthos (Kaitlyn MacMullen) and Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) have been at odds with one another for months, which isn’t new territory for the mother-daughter duo.

They loathed one another before finding out they were related, and it was an uphill battle for Willow to let Nina into her life.

When that unity crashed and burned, Nina thought it was hopeless to think she would ever be in her daughter’s life again.

Willow has once again made room in her forgiving heart for her mom. It’s too bad we know how likely it is that Nina’s jealousy will get the best of her — like it always does — and see to it that her relationship with Willow is ruined all over again.

General Hospital Spoilers — A One-Sided Confession

While Willow might have shown up at her mother’s office ready to confess her latest massive sin — cheating on her husband, Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell), but Nina sure didn’t return the sentiment. Drew Quartermaine (Cameron Mathison) called her out right away after Nina cold-cocked him across his cheek.

Nina wasn’t about to tell Willow the truth about her romantic relationship with Drew. Not only would it diminish the important progress she was making with her daughter finally being willing to trust and confide in her, but it would clue Willow in as to why Drew was so eager for her to mend fences with her mom.

GH Spoilers Attest Nina and Willow Aren’t the Same

Willow went to her mom out of desperation. She didn’t know who else she could turn to that would keep her secret in confidence and allow her to unburden herself without asking for anything in return. That being said, it’s far too early for us to assume Nina will remain altruistic about this.

Right now, she can’t fathom that she would jeopardize her relationship with Willow for any reason, but when she starts to see the chemistry between Willow and Drew firing away, and has Willow in her ear continuing to confide in her about it, Nina just may lose her cool.

Willow wants her marriage with Michael today, and Nina is secretly desperate for that to work out, too — not just because it’s the most practical and safest avenue, but because she has developed feelings for Drew.

General Hospital Spoilers — You Can’t Have Him

Drew and Nina continue to be in bed together in one way or another. Neither of them wanted anybody to find out about their daytime romps at the office, but that’s because their friends and exes would never go for it.

Likewise, Willow is under the impression that Drew and Nina found a way to work together by being grown-ups, not because they were embroiled in lust.

Now, Nina may not want Willow to learn the truth, but she will make sure she does if it means poxing any desire she has to keep Drew for herself.
