General Hospital spoilers leak Lulu Falconeri (Emme Rylan) is back at GH and facing liver failure. No one knows yet why things took a bad turn for Lulu after all of this time, but it’s likely that the doctors will start talking about potential interventions soon.
As everyone who ever loved Lulu gets screened as a match to assist in saving her life with a liver transplant, no one is likely to believe who will really come through for her in the end.
Could it be the same man who has always come through for her when the road got too rocky —- Luke Spencer (Anthony Geary)?

When everyone else turns up not to be a match, it could be Lucky Spencer (Jonathan Jackson) — who we already know is back in action — who swoops in to save his sister’s life. But that seems like the story would tie up with a neat little bow much too nicely for what GH normally has in mind.
As person after person in Lulu’s world ends up not a match as a donor, Laura will struggle with not being able to track Lucky down.
Someone must know where he is, and why they’re holding him captive. Will they release him on their own basis of compassion for his near-death sister just in case he’s a match? That doesn’t sound likely.
GH Spoilers – Reveal Bad News For Lulu Spencer
While everyone is acting right now as though Lulu will never open her eyes again, it’s possible that she does wake up as her condition declines more.
Waking up to learn she has been in a coma for three and a half years was always going to be enough of a blow, but learning that she’s dying is going to sting a whole lot more.
What was the point of all of that time in a coma and healing just for it to end this way? Desperate for a liver transplant, her body will be handling a lot of emotional trauma already due to her own situation.
So when Laura Collins (Genie Francis) has to tell her that her father died almost three years ago, it may only make matters worse and escalate her declining health.
General Hospital Spoilers — Retirement May Be Temporary
We’ve all heard the story by now. Anthony Geary is off living his best life overseas, and we’re left with the memory of the man he pretended to be for us for decades.
Asking for him to come back at this juncture and give us even more — when he has made it quite clear that he’s in retirement — may be a bigger ask than any of the fanbase likes to acknowledge.
Still, we can’t imagine that Luke went out like that off-screen and he will never return. We’re expecting a climactic return that could be in the form of Luke being the only one who can save his baby girl’s life.
The question is: Does he come back alive, or near-death himself and only serving the need of giving up his liver and giving the fans an on-screen death we can accept? Stay tuned for more GH news and spoilers to see how this shakes out.
