During her visit to new mum Lauren, Dee-Dee brings along a plush toy for the baby.

Fans might remember that Dee-Dee recently confronted her fiance Joel about a mysterious trip to Belfast that she didn’t know about.

She later found out that he hadn’t spent £300 on a bracelet for his daughter as he had claimed, leading her to wonder what he actually bought, according to the Liverpool Echo.
Before she stumbles upon a clue related to this on Monday night (August 19), which leads her to follow her partner for answers, she is left stunned in the hospital when Lauren mentions her own plans to move to Belfast.
Lauren admitted that she was meant to have relocated recently, but her plans were disrupted by her going into labour.
The news of Lauren’s intended move to Belfast left Dee-Dee stunned, particularly in light of Joel’s recent email suggesting he was also planning to be at Belfast airport or had at least purchased a one-way plane ticket.
