Fans of BBC soap EastEnders believe another shock death is on the way, months on from a brutal Christmas Day murder.

The Six may come under threat as one Walford resident appears to be getting closer to the truth about Keanu Taylor’s demise. 

Fans know that Linda Carter accidentally killed Keanu at Christmas, with Sharon Watts, Stacey Slater, Denise Fox, Kathy Beale and Suki Panesar helping to cover it up.

Since then a handful of residents have discovered the truth, with Dean Wicks framed for the crime. 

Bernadette Taylor is now desperate to find out what happened to her brother Keanu, with her convinced Dean might not be the killer.

She targeted Linda this week hoping she’d confess to faking her statement about Dean, believing she might know what really happened. 

She’s obviously not aware Linda is the killer, and now Bernie is targeting Keanu’s ex Sharon.

The character was seen encouraging alcoholic Linda to drink this week to get a confession, and Linda ended up almost dying. Bernie was slammed for her actions, and after this Sharon vowed to keep an eye on her in case she knew the truth.

But viewers are now wondering if this latest twist will lead to a shock death as The Six try to cover their tracks. Bernie will likely target Sharon now, and will possibly get closer to the truth about what happened, and who was involved.

This could put Bernie in danger, with viewers predicting she will figure it all out, leading to her being killed to silence her. Taking to X, one viewer theorised: “Can’t help thinking Bernie will be the next to be buried 6 feet deep under The Arches.”
