As Tina O’Brien celebrates her birthday, we’re taking a look at her daughter’s life as she recently stole fans’ attention after her famous uncle shared a video showcasing her talent
It’s Tina O’Brien’s 41st birthday – and we’re taking a look inside her lookalike daughter’s life.
The Coronation Street star’s daughter Scarlett Thomas, 15, is already following in her mum’s footsteps having already landed a role on Waterloo Road. Having shot to fame in her teens whilst playing Gail Platt’s daughter Sarah, it seems acting skills must rin in the family.
Scarlett, who Tina shares with fellow ex-Corrie star Ryan Thomas, 40, successfully secured a spot on the reboot of BBC’s Waterloo Road. She won the role of Izzy Charles, who is the daughter of OG characters Donte and Chlo, who became teenage parents when they were pupils at the school the first time around.
However, funnily enough, Donte Charles is played by Scarlett’s real-life uncle, Adam Thomas. No wonder Scarlett is super talented when she is surrounded by two famous parents and two famous uncles. Not forgetting her TOWIE star step-mum Lucy Mecklenburgh.
Her other famous uncle is Love Island series two star Scott Thomas, who was famously coupled up with Kady McDermott on the ITV dating show. Last week, Scott showed off how proud he was of his niece when she uploaded a video of her showcasing her talents.
On TikTok, Scott shared a video of Scarlett singing to The Little Mermaid’s Part of Your World. His followers were shocked to hear how good she was and some were even surprised to make the family connection.
He captioned the video: “Sleepover and karaoke night with my little Niece Scarlett #reallife #disney #princess #thomas #family” Fans commented on the clip, with on writing: “Is this Tina and Ryan’s daughter? Omg how grown up is she now beautiful”
A second added: “Scarlett has the voice of a princess!” While a third penned: “The Scott family are full of talent. Scarlett is so beautiful.”
