General Hospital (GH) spoilers for Wednesday, August 7, reveal that Portia Robinson (Brook Kerr) will tell Trina Robinson (Tabyana Ali) that good people are capable of doing bad things.

So Trina will obviously still be trying to sort through her feelings about Ava Jerome (Maura West) and where her loyalty should be.

It looks like there’ll be some Heather Webber (Alley Mills) talk as well, so Portia will hope she stays in prison where she belongs.

However, Portia seems poised to get some unsettling news soon, so Heather might have a change of heart about her desire to pursue her freedom.

In the meantime, TJ Ashford (Tajh Bellow) will have a meltdown as he continues processing the loss of his baby girl.

So Stella Henry (Vernee Watson) and Jordan Ashford (Tanisha Harper) will do their best to give him support.

As for Ava, she’s got some new reasons to worry now that the photos prove she indeed got physical with Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) before her fall.

Ava has been charged with assault and manslaughter since the baby didn’t make it, so Scott Baldwin (Kin Shriner) will have a hard time getting his client off the hook!

While Ava is in lockup, she’ll get a visit from an irate Molly Lansing-Davis (Kristen Vaganos), who’ll blame her for killing the baby and nearly causing Kristina’s grim fate, too.

“I am not responsible for your baby’s death!” Ava fires back at Molly through the bars on Wednesday’s GH preview video.

Next, Donna Corinthos (Scarlett Fernandez) will apparently have some sort of medical emergency since Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) will rush her to the hospital and demand to see a doctor right away.

Josslyn Jacks (Eden McCoy) might be the one to suggest that something’s wrong since she’ll also show up at GH with Donna and Carly.

Although Josslyn decided to change her major, maybe there’s a chance she’ll ultimately choose to go back into medicine after all.

Whatever the case, Josslyn will open up to Carly about all the Kristina chaos and wish she could’ve done something to save the baby.

As for Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), he’ll get some support from Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) as his penthouse.

Sonny will confide that he felt like the only way out was jumping off the hospital rooftop, so Jason will ask what stopped him.

Perhaps Sonny will confess that a vision of Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig) changed his mind and express gratitude for his son’s presence in that moment – whether it was real or all in his head.

Jason will eventually race back to the hospital, so Carly may send out an SOS over Donna and get him back over there.

Finally, Kevin Collins (Jon Lindstrom) will get the results of Sonny’s blood test back, so that should alert Sonny to the fact that his meds have been altered.

Although Sonny has been taking his pills, they haven’t been doing any good since Ava blackmailed the pharmacist into putting him on full placebos.

Our predictions hint that’s another shocker destined to blow up in Ava’s face, so stay tuned for updates on how things will go from bad to worse.
