General Hospital (GH) spoilers tease that Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) knows that something isn’t right about Sonny’s recent behavior.

She’s seen Sonny like this before. Sonny is bi-polar and he needs to meds to help balance his behavior out.

When he’s off his meds, Sonny is paranoid and prone to anger and violence, exactly the way he is right now.

When confronted Sonny about his medication weeks ago, he told her he was taking them. She suggested that Sonny go get a blood test at General Hospital and see if he possibly needs to have his dosage adjusted.

General Hospital Spoilers – Carly Spencer Is On The Right Track!

The truth is that Sonny’s medication has been tampered with by Valentin Cassadine (James Patrick Stuart) so that Sonny is only receiving about a quarter of his prescribed dosage.

Valentin’s plan is for Sonny to commit a terrible crime while he’s not in his right mind so that he will be sent away to prison. So far that hasn’t worked so Valentin took things a step further.

He ordered a hit on Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) knowing Sonny would be blamed. Jason survived and killed one of the gunmen but the other one got away.

GH Spoilers – Ava Jerome Knows The Truth!

Ava Jerome (Maura West), who has been staying with Sonny for the past several months, figured out that Sonny’s medication wasn’t the proper dosage but she’s kept quiet for reasons of her own.

Her plan has been to isolate Sonny from all of his loved ones so that she, and she alone, will be a part of his inner circle. In some ways, she’s just as guilty as Valentin for Sonny’s erratic behavior.

And it’s likely that when the truth comes out, that Ava will be the one blamed since she has a history of doing the exact thing to Morgan Corinthos (Bryan Craig). Morgan died, partly because Ava tampered with his meds.

General Hospital Spoilers – A blood Test Could Reveal The Truth!

Sonny and Carly still have a strong bond. After Jason was attacked, Sonny made a beeline for Carly to tell her he had nothing to do with it.

Carly believed Sonny but perhaps now Sonny will be more receptive to the idea of having his blood levels checked.

If Sonny realizes that his medication is much weaker than it’s supposed to be, it could change everything.

All of Sonny’s friends and family have been isolated because of Sonny’s actions. Getting his medication back on track would be the first step to reclaiming his life.
