Rose was actually recruited by Ruby Fox Milligan to undermine Kim Tate. Ruby’s ultimate revenge plan involved Rose seducing Will Taylor. Rose successfully executed this deceitful plan and then vanished, leaving chaos in her wake. Although Kim is unaware of Rose’s affair with Will, she has enough motivation to ensure Rose stays gone. Currently, all signs point to Kim as the orchestrator behind Rose’s disappearance.

Will and Kim’s marriage is hanging by a thread as they constantly argue and look guilty whenever Rose’s name comes up. Their situation takes a turn when Dawn announces her intention to hire a private investigator to find her missing mother. This revelation leaves Will and Kim in a state of shock. If Kim has done something to Rose, this is very bad news for Ruby, who is terrified of Will’s reaction if he finds out.

Kim, ever the strategist, runs into Caleb Milligan and wastes no time rubbing his face in Ruby’s misdeeds.
